Specifications

The SDNL is a loft hatch with an inset polycarbonate window to allow natural light through the loft door from the loft space via skylights, windows or clear tiles in the roof.

The door is insulated and fully bonded with a 25mm five layered opaque polycarbonate sheet giving a "U" value of 1.6 (please note this product is not fire rated and has a ribbed effect).

The loft hatch has a neat tri-drive budget lock with a built in chamfer for a smooth closing action and high compression.

In addition to the draught seal between the frame and lid, the SDNL loft hatch has an extra concealed draught seal between the frame and ceiling.

This virtually eliminates warm air leakage and vapour ingress,and makes for easy decoration up to the edge of the frame.
