Enhanced Performance & Insulation Options:

• Enhanced Construction: Features a stronger hinge for enhanced durability and is 20% more rigid for improved air permeability performance.
• Part L Compliance (PD35-V2): Achieves a U Value of 0.35 W/m²K , ensuring full compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations.
• Exceeds Part L (PD25-V2): Achieves a superior U Value of 0.25 W/m²K, exceeding the Part L requirements by 20% for maximum thermal efficiency.
• Draught Sealing: Manufactured with compression seals to ensure the closed lid is compressed against draught seals, preventing heat loss.

Design, Operation & Compatibility:

• Aesthetic & Finish: Features a slim, contemporary frame with a flat lid and a lightly textured finish. Made from white injection moulded plastic, requiring no decorating or maintenance.
• Operation: Easy to open and close with a smoother, easier-to-open thumb turn lock. The lid is hinged on the short side and opens downwards.
• Compatibility: This range is compatible with our entire loft ladder range.
• Structural Opening: Designed to fit a minimum structural opening of 555mm x 665mm to meet standard building requirements.
