Certified Fire & Compliance Data:

• Fire Rating: Test certified for 120 minutes of bi-directional fire integrity (inwards and outwards), tested to BS 476: Part 22.
• Building Regulations: Fully compliant with Building Regulations Part J (Heat producing appliances) and Part B (Fire Safety).

Specialized Performance Ratings:

• Smoke Control: Tested compliant to BS EN 1634-3:2004, achieving an air leakage rate of only 0.4/m³/m/h - significantly exceeding current standard requirements.
• Acoustic Rating: Certified to provide 36dB sound reduction, tested as per standard BS EN ISO 10140-2, ideal for noise-sensitive riser shafts.
• Thermal Performance: Features specialized insulation to achieve a low U-Value of 0.55 W/²/K.
