• Fire Rating: Independently tested in a UKAS approved Test House and certified to a minimum 120-minute fire rating 2 hours from both sides. Tested to BS 476: Part 22.
• Regulatory Compliance: Complies fully with Part B Building Regulations (Fire Safety), ensuring specification confidence in regulated environments.

Heavy-Duty Material Specification:

• Frame Construction: Fabricated from durable 1.2mm Zintec steel, providing robust structural integrity and fire stability for large apertures.
