The Acoustic Ceiling System Access Panel is a specialized, non-fire-rated solution designed to provide discreet access to ceiling services while blending seamlessly into all major acoustic ceiling system brands.

Aesthetic & Compatibility:

• Compatibility: Suitable for all major Acoustic Ceiling System brands, including Rigitone (British Gypsum), Creason (Siniat), and Knauf's variety ceiling boards. Due to bespoke manufacturing, we can suit any manufactured board for on-site inlay.
• Design: Features a metal door tray designed to accept the acoustic board inlay on site, creating a concealed finish.
• Finish: Manufactured from durable 0.9mm Zintec Steel with a Powder Coated RAL 9010 30% Gloss finish.
• Safety Note: This is a Non-Fire Rated product.

Operation & Installation:

• Locking System: Comes standard with Touch Latch locks for easy, push-to-open access. A Budget Locking option is also available.
• Hinges: Features a pivot hinged door leaf.
• Sizing & Fitting: The structural opening must be 7mm larger than the panel size (back of frame size). *(E.G. 900mm x 600mm panel requires a 907mm x 607mm hole size).*
• Installation Method: Frame is fixed through pre-drilled holes after the door is removed. Requires checking frame squareness before refitting the door.
• Manufacturing: Made to order in the UK.
