The SDS-BF Invisible Line Loft Hatch is a premium, near-invisible solution featuring a flush, skim-in beaded frame. Custom-made to your exact dimensions, it combines a sleek aesthetic with industry-leading insulation and airtightness.

Thermal & Airtightness Performance:

• U Value & Compliance: The unit features high-performance insulation achieving a tested U-value of 0.32 W/m²K, ensuring full compliance with Building Regulations Part L.
• Draught Resistance: Engineered for high-compliance environments, this hatch delivers exceptional airtightness of 0.23 m³/m/hr @ 50 Pa, significantly reducing heat loss and eliminating cold air infiltration.

Bespoke Sizing & Installation Guidance:

• Custom Measurement: Each hatch is handmade in the UK to your exact size requirements (up to 1100 x 900mm). Please provide the structural opening dimensions (joist to joist) in mm at the time of order.
• Seamless Finish: Designed for modern interiors, the beaded frame allows for a "skim-in" finish, meaning the frame becomes integrated into the ceiling for a flush, near-invisible appearance.
• Standard Accessories: Each unit is supplied with a free opening pole for easy, hinged access to your loft space.

Construction & Finish:

• Construction: Robustly fabricated from 1mm Zintec steel for long-term durability and corrosion resistance. The design features a fully hinged door for secure, reliable access.
• Finish & Aesthetics: Finished in a high-quality white powder coating, the "Invisible Line" series is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible once plastered and decorated.
• Certification Note: This product follows the same rigorous manufacturing standards as our fire-rated range, which is the only solution on the market independently UKAS-tested and certified within a full-scale timber joist application.
